Hi, recently I rooted and installed CM11 on my AT&T SGH-i317. Everything worked fine, however, I noticed that it change my model number from SGH-i317 to GT-N7105 (the international LTE version). I didn't think anything was wrong with that since everything was working. However, I now want to revert back to stock but my phone won't connect to Samsung Kies 3 and is not being recognized by Odin. I've tried everything I could think of including turning USB debugging mode off and uninstalling and reinstalling Kies; nothing helped. My phone is currently running the latest CyanogenMod 11 nightly for the LTE version. Should I download the latest stable version of CM for the i317 version and then try to use Kies? Are there any other options I can use?

[Q] What if I can't connect to a specific cellular network provoider (yesss! AUT)? topic
Hello all,
I want to understand in a more detail how android is working because I have a specific problem with the cellular network.
On my galaxy s4 i9505 I was running a CM11 Snapshot M9 for a while without a problem.
It's ok but I often wanted to update to the latest CM11 builds (Snapshot or Nightlys) but there seems to be a problem with my cellular network.
The thing is, my provider is "yesss!" which is a discount mobile provider in Austria. With the M9 build the correct network is found and automatically connected. On all newer variants there is no automatical connection.
When I search for cellular network providers I only find the bigger ones like "A1", "Drei", "T-Mobile", ...
I can connect manually to "A1" which is a roaming partner of "yesss!" but it won't reconnect automatically and it is detected as roaming (which is correct). So basically the modem is working but there is no cance to find a connection to "yesss!"
How does it work?
I found out that even on the newer builds, the same modem is used.
I tried: I9505_XXUDMGG_MODEM.tar and later I9505_XXUDMHI1_MODEM.tar
both work with CM11 Snapshot M9 but are not working with newer builds.
So it may seems to be no problem of the modem?!
I tried to go to the "*#*#4636#*#*" menu and checked the settings:
on both versions "LTE/GSM auto (PRL)" is configured, so also no difference.
I tried some inofficial CM12 builds and other Andorid 5.0 builds.
Allways the same... The roms are working fine but the can't connect to "yesss!". only "A1" is possible.
Does anybody know what I could do?

Getting QPST to connect to my G2 topic
So I want to connect but I cant seem to add port in QPST config. I have usb debug turned on and have entered the service menu with 3845#*801#. I am wondering if it is because of the LG ADB Sooner driver that is causing the problem? Or is there another configuration I need to enable. I had no problem doing this with all of my old phones once I found out what the heck needed to be changed. Thanks.

Lollipop and Moto Connect topic
Now that my Moto 360 finally updated to Android Wear 5.01, I noticed that the Android Wear app has a 'Watch faces' section. Consequently, do we still need to have the Moto Connect app installed? It seems like it's still sort of necessary if:
-watch faces configs want to be adjusted (can't see how to do that from the Android Wear app
-Moto Body is appreciated
Anything else? For my part, I prefer Moto Body over Google Fit presently because the latter just NEVER seems to match the watch's more accurate step counter vs the step counter on my device. And, Google Fit seemed to have a noticeable impact on battery (well, at least that was the case with 4.4).
Anyone have any thoughts on this?

I broke out my old S2, rooted it with CM11, running KitKat, edited build.prop to reflect an S4. Once I edited build.prop I was able to download and install Gear Manager directly from Galaxy Apps. It launches fine, but I can't get it to find my Gear S, any ideas?

Camera Error.Cannot connect to camera Lg Flex topic

From last week i have problem with my lg, when i try go to camera showing Camera Error Cannot connect to camera. Camera start working when i bend phone (little) another side.. I tried factory reset didn't help, i bought new main camera and changed - did not help.
Anybody know what happened or how i can fix this problem?

Cant connect to WIFI topic
Hi Guys,
Just bought my Gear S, however i cant connect to my wifi, i am running an Aerohive AP230 with an SSID at 2.4Ghz WPA2 PSK and everytime i try im getting authentication error, my printer is also connected to that SSID. any clues??
Watch is running latest version.

i have a HTC one (m7) phone unlocked, rooted, S-OFF which i have converted to GPE and right now has installed 5.0.1. Everything is working fine! except one think, the connection in cellular networks. I have that issue for over a month right now and i don't know what i can do! i have tried to change the setting through *#*#4636#*#* but i noticed that i don't have ip..(IP addr not reachable) any ideas? also an other really weird thing that i noticed is that i can receive phonecalls only in 2G networks.

HELP!! I can't do anything :confused: :confused:
So I have the LG G3 D855 running AndroidNowHD Lollipop 4.0 and this morning an update to 6.0 was released.
A few days ago I formatted my computer, it's completely fresh.
I downloaded LG United Mobile Driver and installed it, rebooted.
I then loaded up LG Flash Tool > selected my original KDZ > CSE Flash > START > OK
It then says "The phone is disconnected from PC. Connect the USB cable and wait a moment."
As far as I'm aware, the cable is plugged into my computer, and my phone...

Morning everyone;
Probably a noob question here, but this is the situation...
I have a S4 (Tmo) with a Canon 6D camera.
Rooted with towel root.
I want to use an app (DSLR, or Canon EOS remote) to connect the phone and camera so I can control the camera with the phone.
The camera generates its own WiFi "network" that the phone can connect to.
Problem is, when I connect, the phone then automatically disconnects because my "internet is unstable".
Is there a way to set up the camera network so that the phone will just connect, and not worry about the quality, or internet connection with the WiFi?

I have a vzw 4.4.2 rooted Samsung gs4. I can insta connect to all WiFi's except 802.1x ... my friends Gs4 with vzw with 4.4.2 (same as me) can connect instantly (his is not rooted) but mined didn't work with out it being rooted either. I saw a lot of people have it but i have never actually seen a solution..... If you some how got it to work please help me!! I am down with installing a custom mod or what ever that needs to be done to get this WiFi going !! thanks!!! I no longer have warranty on it so I cant just give it to the shop ;( ;( thanks!!!

I need it to be able to connect to an vpn network. Just like all android phones. Is this possible in the settings.
