Remote control/screen sharing? topic

I'm adding my dad to our family plan and getting him a smart phone. Probably the HTC Desire 510 (Sprint)

I gave him an old Samsung Galaxy S3 (unactivated) just to play games on, and he really likes it, but it's caused hours of over the phone support because... He's old and has never touched a computer...

Is there a remote control "server" I can install on his phone so I can see what he's doing and help him?

I looked at TeamViewer, but it doesn't seem to allow remote desktop like access.

Thanks,
LT.Son

[Q] Sharing data between Xposed module and activity topic

Hi,
I have an Xposed module that listens for certain events and then notify the main application/Activity that contains this module about the events. I tried to put the events into a static buffer class that's accessible from both the module and Activity. But the buffer is always empty. Right now, I have to use Broadcast to achieve the notification. Is it impossible to share data between the module and Activity via static in-memory objects? Thank you!

CM12 - Just sharing - D850 - Nightlies topic

Disclaimer: I did not contribute or help with development of this build so don't thank me, don't donate to me, and don't ask questions concerning problems with the build/ROM. My builds are pure CM12 no cherry-picks and no flare. I literally run three commands in a window and out pops the build in 20 minutes so no hard work on my end. Mods is this a problem are not helpful delete this.

[Q] Lumia 920 on Cyan - Internet Sharing - No option to share internet via Bluetooth topic

Hello,

Lumia 920

I need to be able to share internet over Bluetooth so that I can pair my device with a Tom Tom Satnav

According to this webpage, this functionality should have been introduce in the Cyan update:

LINK REDACTED - Windows Central - internet-sharing-over-bluetooth-comes-gdr1-update-windows-phone

However, when I go to internet sharing on my phone I don't have the 'Share Over' option. This screen hasn't changed at all in fact.

Anyone know why I haven't had this update?

Model: NOKIA Lumia 920
Carrier: EE (Uk)
Software: Windows Phone 8.1

OS version: 8.10.12393.890
Firmware revision number: 3051.50009.1424.0027

Thanks
