Autoruns and apps topic

Hi there,

I reboot my Android phone and then check what is listed under Settings->Apps->Running: Show cached processes.
Can I assume that all apps listed there have been started automatically after reboot?

Is there any other way to find out which apps install autoruns (or even disable those) on a non-rooted phone?
