[Q] Camcorder app with custom path option topic

Hello,

I need to record a couple hours of video in 1080p quality .For this reason, I'm searching for an app which can record to a 64 or 32 gb USB flash drive (mounted via USB OTG). The app "Secret Video Recorder" has the ability to do that, but it doesn't show an interface while recording. I need to adjust the angel and the position of my S5 before recording. Another problem is the 4 GB limitation of FAT32. So is it possible the use exFAT,ext3/4,NTFS or to split the file automatically? A further nice feature would be the possibility to turn the screen of after the phone is in position.

Cricket Samsung S5 - Any way to bring back the missing WIFI / US Tethering Option? topic

I am using a rooted Cricket Samsung S5. The WIFI and USB tethering are completely missing in the stock rom. I dont want to flash a new ROM mainly because none of the roms claim to be compatibe with Cricket anyway.

I was wondering, is there any way to bring back the missing WIFI / US Tethering Option? Any advise if greatly appreciated!

I am sure the tethering piece of software is still in the Rom and the shortcuts have been removed, so I installed Master Shortcut from Google Play but I dont know what to do next or even if I am on the right track.

Need help with LTE option in GT-I9515 topic

Hello Guys !!

I own a Samsung Galaxy S4 VE GT-I9515 ... I am on a LTE network with a LTE enabled sim card. But the issue is that I don't see a LTE/WCDMA/GSM option in More Networks --> Mobile Netowrks --> Network Mode .. I only see WCDMA/GSM only option.

Currently I am running LTE by using *#0011# --> Menu Back --> Input "Q" --> Input "0000" and changing the Preferred Network option to GWL.

Can anyone help me with this ... My CSC is XSG ...

[Q] Venue 3830 stops in the logo screen after reboot system now option topic

I follow the next steps to make a factory reset but it stops... what I should do?

1.- press and hold the power + vol down buttons, it shows a first menu...
2.- select the recovery option and press the power button to chose...
3.- press and hold the power + vol up buttons, it shows a second menu...
4.- then chose the wipe data/factory reset option and wait...
5.- when finished select the reboot system now option and it should be done but!!
... but when I reboot the venue 3830 in this last step appears the dell logo screen and I been waiting for a 4 hours and nothing...

what can I do??... please help me!!

No "ethernet" option for ADB topic

Short story, there's no "ethernet" option when I connect my G3 to my PC, and I can't get ADB to work (just says device offline).

Long story:
Had the G3 rooted with TWRP recovery, stock ROM. Made the horrible mistake of allowing the OTA update to run (I wasn't quite awake yet when the message came through).
This of course got me into the recovery bootloop which I fixed with the Flash2FixStuckRecovery zip.

However, at some point TWRP disappeared and I can only get to the stock recovery now. So....in an attempt to get TWRP installed, I'm trying to get ADB to recognize the phone and I can't get it working. The only two options I have on the phone when connecting via USB is MTP and PTP.

I've tried changing to PTP before hooking up the USB cable, then connecting, switching, killing adp, restarting adb, switching, etc etc. No good. All I get is "device offline".

The phone still has root, but I've got to get a recovery on here somehow. I'm having some other issues with root explorer not being able to read anything on the SDcard so I want to wipe everything and flash a new ROM.
Anyone have any ideas on what I can do to get this thing working?

[Q] Lumia 920 on Cyan - Internet Sharing - No option to share internet via Bluetooth topic

I need to be able to share internet over Bluetooth so that I can pair my device with a Tom Tom Satnav

According to this webpage, this functionality should have been introduce in the Cyan update:

However, when I go to internet sharing on my phone I don't have the 'Share Over' option. This screen hasn't changed at all in fact.

Anyone know why I haven't had this update?

How to disable "email delete undo" option in gmail app topic

Is there any way to turn off the option to undo when an email is deleted or shorten the duration that the undo message is on the screen. I can't open any other emails for 5 seconds or so while the undo message is up on the screen.

It gets very annoying opening an email to read it, hit delete, and then have to wait to open the next one only to repeat the process.
