Well, this is a big problem that i doubt that Sony has knwoledge.
My Xperia E3 Dual D2212 from Brazil came from factory with firmware version 18.4.B.2.14_R4B.
Nothing to reclaim, everything working. Sony Service udpate notified the update avaliable. Done that. After the fresh and clean install, for my surprise, my SIM1 started having data connection problems. All settings and points were all right but no data at all. The chip is recognized but no data. Discover that SIM2 is working normally but not SIM1. Had to cook and downgrade to factory version and now its working.
Its a shame that Sony did that, the worst thing is that because of being a newer product, only a few people have, so a few have this dual in Brazil, so i bet that nobody reclaimed about it.
