Cant flash Stock Rom over, tried 3 different ones. topic

Trying to flash my rom to stock so i can install the OTA updates. I believe im on firmware 1.54.. Here is my getvar all results:

I have tried all 3 of the firmware backup roms (including the 1.2 one) from the stock nandroid backups.

Please can someone help ive been trying to do this for about 8 hours now.
