MY N8000 IS STUCK AT DOWNLOAD MODE, IT SHOWS

I cannot get to recovery mode, when i try to flash it gets stuck at nand write failed.
i tried flashing stock recovery it wont work, gets failed at nand write failure. i cannot get to download mode unless i have memory card inserted :( what to do please help me
