When i extract rom.zip using Process Monitor, the files inside it aren't the one's it should and when i try to open android-info it says the file is corrupt, all the files are corrupt.

I got an error, when i tried to flash it.
What should i do?
The RUU is RUU_M7_UL_K44_SENSE55_MR_TELUS_WWE_4.19.661.8_R_Ra dio_4T.24.3218.09_10.26.1718.01L_release_351500
and I'm running on Windows 8.1 Enterprise.
