Help sos front camera has a black dot on it topic

I got the fron phone my brother as a gift and he told me the phone never ever fell and its liks new, i turned on the front camera and Taraaaahh!!! See the pictures, the lens dies not even show any scraches. Also the back camers is very blur and foggy its the worst i ever owned
