inferir NAND performance, installing apps on external SD CARD ? topic

in reviews it turns out that the Toshiba NAND performance of the memory is very inferior, I wonder is it a possible bottleneck ?
is it recommended to install apps on your external SD CARD instead ? I have an old samsung 32 GB class 10 sd card..
