First, sorry for creating another thread.
After reading and reading, I see that rooting Lollipop is very hit or miss and I'm not confident in trying too much. I'll stay in KitKat for now. So, anyone knows which is the lastest version of KitKat? I've seen posted at least two sites of firmwares, but both were down. In my case I'll need for XT1063. I haven't seen it, but does some kind of patch exist? Like if it was the OTA update, but as a zip or something to install manually. Or I must flash the entire firmware?
Assuming I get the zip file, I unlock my bootloader and follow these instructions:

And then root with CF-Auto-Root or this (I'd like to be as stock as possible, only rooting):

And one last question. If at some later time I decide to go with the OTA Lollipop, how do I undo the root? Can it be done from within the phone? (like just deleting SuperSU). Or do I have to flash something else?
