Thought I would be doing all right buying direct from Sony that I wouldn't ba as locked down as much as getting a phone from a carrier. Wrong. My biggest problem is the headphone volume is way to low. I like podcasts ones with low recorded volume becomes hard to hear. Other problem is why is it so hard to find a headphone with remote that has volume that works. Screw you Sony!
