Nexus 5 camera problems. topic

I've got problems with my nexus 5 camera. See the picture and video below with explanations.

Okay my camera started to show these lines on friday when i was at school.
Something like this but mine black (not bright low opacity black) and
moving

this is enviroment (not a close object) taken by me at evening (dark) with flash light.

Check the video. It's more darker than photo. And it flickers when filming lamp or enviroment see the video.

Phone is on stock lollipop no root.
Please help i think my camera is dying.
