i am using xPeria z1 with kitkat 4.4.4
my mobile operator gives me the access to Fb, Whatsapp, twitter. with a 200MB weekly 3G plan (0MB => 2G).
BUT, When i use a WEB PROXY, i can surf the rest of the internet (only surfing) WITHOUT CREDIT DRAIN (my 200MB remains :laugh: )..
1) why is that, why they dont drain credit ?
2) how to use this for the whole device ?
