Does anyone know if it'll be possible to have v3 of the Camera HAL implemented so we can take advantage of all the cool camera improvements? We know from the Nexus 5 that it's possible for an older device to be upgraded, but does this need to come from LG (which seems unlikely at this point) or will generic Sony Exmor 135 firmware be able to be hacked in? Unfortunately I don't even know where to start to see if it's possible, so I figure I'd ask you fine folks.
