so first off this is not my phone, its my cousins. he doesnt use it anymore but wants his music and pictures off it. problem being, there is a dead spot in the touchscreen on the bvgf letters when the keyboard is up. he needs one of those keys to enter his username in to unlock with the google account. the finger print sensor doesnt work or recognize his print anymore. master reset will not help since it will delete all the stuff were trying to recover. i am not well versed in adb, so if thats the route to acheive this, i will need to be spoonfed the steps. sorry.
