Hello all,
I am hoping someone here can help me with a problem with my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (GT-N8010).
I turned it on this morning and all I got was a white screen. Nothing else, just a white screen. I tried the Power + Volume Up to get to the recovery menu, but it still just goes to a blank white screen.
The tablet is not recognized as connected to my computer through Kies.
The only other thing I can get up is "ODIN MODE" by holing down Power + Volume Down. However, this is currently just sitting on a screen that says the following in the top left:
ODIN MODE
PRODUCT NAME: GT-N8010
CUSTOM BINARY DOWNLOAD: NO
CURRENT BINARY: Sumsung Official
SYSTEM STATUS: Custom
In the center is the android logo with 'Downloading...' below it and then 'Do no turn off target!!' below that.
I am leaving the tablet on at this state, plugged in to the mains, but it has been like this for quite a while now!
I would appreciate any help!
Thanks.
