[Q] Motion Recognition topic

Hi everybody,

i am an L09 model owner, purchased in Europe. First Huawei phone. I was messing a little bit with the phone, in CWM i flashed L00 custom rom, it is Chinese, fully working on this L09 model withou any issue. changed even build.prop...uninstalled chinese software...the only thing what i could change was lock screen wallpapers description..

After that i put L09 127 rom, working also without issue but motion recognition is not working and i cannot get it worked. Apk not possible to instal, even with ADB.
What i have noticed also, after installing L09 rom, after reboot, it is still in chinese language. Once i enter my sim pin, language changes to english. And after that it is fine. Also need to change location in build.prop...i assume that there is still something left from that chinese rom. My question would be, it is possible to completely erase, wipe the phone and then install european rom without any chinese signs?
