[Q] OPO does not Awake when screen times out topic

when the screen times out, or I turn it off, it wont get back up. The backlight lights up and the buttons too, but i have to reboot the phone. I tried it on another ROM (paranoid android) and the problem still occurs.
Anybody help me?
