I don't know if im correct to post such things maybe I can find a help from you guys.
Their is a game called( Battle alert ) in android and IOS m its strategic game. I bought one guy base which was level 37 considered as a strong base and I paid money for it almost 4000 US dollar. I got from him the log in e-mail and password.
Now after 3 months, he claimed that his account was stolen and he provided the developer a recharge record which was his recharge record and I since I was playing 3 months I bought some gems and I provided them recharge record too.
Now the developer is not believing anyone from us and he locked the base since 2 months. I tried as much as possible to explain but they did nothing.
What you can help in this case, please advise ASAP.
