[Q] Unninstalling Better Battery Stats topic

I am rooted, and S-On. I tried to install Better Battery Stats and it told me to install as System App. I did, but it seems like it doesn't work properly because I am not S-Off. Anyway, now I can't unninstall the app. It seems like it is partially a System App or something. I've tried to use Titanium Backup to unninstall it but to no avail.

Anyone knows how I can fix this?
