[Q][T] Root directory modified? ADB not working, Killed my phone? topic

Hey,
I was trying to pull the root directory using adb, I was able to only copy some files due to others were skipped.
Consequentely I tried copying the root directory to /sdcard/ but I couldn't so I desisted, rebooted the phone into recovery but now adb isn't picking it any more.

I have some logs before the reboot and seems to be some files were recentely modified:

Have I damaged my filesystem?

Also, when trying to do a full wipe I get:

E:UnMount: Unable to find partition for path 'sdcard' E:Mount: Unable to find patition for path '/sdcard E:Error opening 'data/media'/

Does any one have idea how to fix these? Any help will be appreciated as I'm flying in a few hours and I do really need the phone.
