Spice mi502 preloader problem topic

I flash stock rom of my phone it is not official it flashed successfully but have sound and battery problem I try to flash other rom but now my pc not recognised it as preloader it connected but disconnected with in 4 to 5 second....... Help me to fix preloader problem

Can I also flash other phone rom which have same hardware specification
