Stuck at no where topic

i NEED serous help
my phone stuck on bootAnim
i tried flashing ftf with falshtool..i got this

and stuck for 1.5 hours
im trying to flash recovery using fastboot..bit i cant get to fastboot mode..it takes me to flashmode..or battery icon ;/

i cant use adb commands because i cant get to system

im not sure why or what
HELP!
