Vibrations topic

Can somebosy explain relations when the watch vibrates and when not? Some time I though that it vibrates when the phone vibrates too but now I have situation when Facebook Messenger vibrates on the phone but not on the watch. I want opposite behaviour: at best, vibrate on watch but not on the phone or vibrate on both devices.
Any ideas how select this?
