Whats App folder in system topic

I would like to install a newer rom onto my grouper.
Can I save the Whats folder with the data which was first created when I start the program for the first time?
I mean the folder/settings that says WhatsApp it is registered and so on, so that I don't have to do the phone activation again (it's a pain in the ass).
