NÃO - Data not working (Latin American N900W8) topic

Hey guys, have an issue that I was hoping you'd be able to help me out with:

Just reflashed the latest stock 4.4.2 through Kies for my N900W8 Latin American (Telcel Mexico) Note 3. Running into issues with data not working :/

What could be the problem - and, what can I do?

*I would REALLY be appreciated - you all are AMAZING. I could be wrong, but the correct CSC is TCE?*
