This is my first time here. So pardon if I'm not posting in the right section, although I think this is suited here than anywhere in the forum
Anyway, I'm Tristan from the Philippines and I just got a new (used) tablet from my mom's friend who is from Qatar. Now, I think she bought this tablet on Dubai. Now, I tried to reset it to factory default and I was kinda sad to see that it was loaded with lots of bloatwares and pre-installed apps, which some I don't use.
Worst thing was, I can't uninstall these apps. Like I wanna take out Candy Crush and Subway Surfer because I don't play them, but I can't take them out.

With a little research, someone said to email their support or go to their download page. When I went to the site's download, sadly , I can't find the tab so I think it was a bit uhmm phased-out unit.
It was running good as it was but I would be more than happy if I can remove some of these bloatwares and install my preferred apps. I hope someone can help me out. Not sure if it's firmware or a custom rom needed. (Oh and btw, I tried power+volume and i was able to see a recovery menu but it's written in Chinese!).
