My phone recently randomly turned itself off, after which it was halting on the coloured circles part of the bootup whenever I tried to turn it on.
I tried going to fastboot -> recovery -> "wipe data/factory reset" but it got stuck on "erasing data".
I then gave the phone to a developer at work, who tried to load up a stock ROM on the phone....however that failed and now it does not turn on at all!
Does anyone know what is wrong here or could suggest a way for me to fix this?
I am concerned that by trying to load the ROM on the phone that the warranty would have been voided.
