I installed the wrong firmware while I was trying to root my device(Samsung galaxy note 10.1 2014 edition). After that, the screen said that it failed to install firmware and a black screen appeared. I 've tried everything (including: Holding down Volume Down and Home buttons) but the screen remains black. Can someone help me recover the previous firmware?
