[Q] Cannot linking internal data to SDcard topic

I want to link a game's data to sdcard via adb based on this link
namaewanai(dot)blogspot(dot)com/2014/08/how-to-move-lovelive-school-idol.html

I'm already on step 4
the problem is I couldn't link it, the adb always said "link failed File exists"

I believe this method don't need to repartition because I try to avoid that

is there anything wrong? thank you before
