[Q] Lag in the camera and in the Play Store topic

Hi guys, my phone has lag when I open the camera, open the camera takes 8 to 10 seconds the first time. And when I'm installing an aplication in the play store the phone takes so laggy..

I don't know what happens, my phone always works bad when I install my apps, when I don't install apps the phone works fine and fluid.

I forgot to say that when I open the camera de first time to capture a photo it takes 2 seconds.

I have the i9500 version.
