[Q] LG G Pro 2 camera problem topic

Hi All - I just recently got my hands on a LG G PRO 2 - F350L and noticed that the camera just does not focus at all. I'm wondering if its a hardware problem. Has anyone come across this focus issue and know of any fix for it?
