Hi, I'm a smartphone newbie who hasn't used ODIN or Heimdall before I got a used Infuse over Christmas.
I just installed UCLB3_Unbrick_1.1 by Jscott on my Infuse as a preparatory step to installing CM11. However, I am getting rainbow screen during start-up and recovery screen, which I understand is because my phone needs a GB bootloader.
Jscott's unbrick thread had a link for a GB bootloader, but it is dead. I am also aware that qkster's one-click unbrick has a bootloader, but I have not been able to get to get my phone to play nicely with Heimdall and afraid that trying to install a bootloader through it will perma-brick my phone.
I was hoping a member of the XDA community had a separate GB bootloader that they can make available, or help me extract the bootloader from qkster's .jar so I can flash with Odin.
Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.
