Sorry for the lack of clarity in the title. I'm running CM11 hopefully 12 after I get this issue resolved, and CWM. The issue I'm started after a CM11 Milestone and what happen is that when I have my phone plugged in off and charging, if I try to turn it on with the cable plugged in all it will do is vibrate and show the battery. If i take it off the charger the next time I go to turn it on it will turn on. If I don't have the phone plugged in it will still vibrate the first time and show nothing and then turn on normally after. Do I have to reinstall CWM or something and how would I do it? Thanks.
