Download a build from post 4
Copy to sd card
Wipe Data / Factory Reset (Only do this if SWITCHING ROMS

I have made it this far with no problems but now i dont understand how to finish.
the installation is for CM 10.1 for a Samsung Galaxy SGH-1547. Im sure a little more detailed instructions would help me but i cant find any. Thank you
