Download ROM
Make a nandroid backup (Highly Recommended)
Wipe --> Factory Reset (Data, Cache, And Dalvik Cache) You only need to wipe Cache and Dalvik Cache if upgrading
Flash ROM
Reboot

Building Notes
This currently uses a prebuilt kernel with SELinux disabled thanks to @USBHost
To build this yourself, some cherry-picks are needed
Encryption is currently enabled

I've currently tested these GApps with this ROM. They seem to cause more frequent random reboots
