As you see it can't be rooted with towelroot because of the kernel. But what do I have to do to root it? I have no idea how to use odin or any of that stuff and I don't know how to flash a vulnerable kernel. Also I don't want to trip knox. I just want to root to freeze apps and uninstall the bloat ware. I might consider flashing a custom rom after successfully installing a recovery and making a complete backup. I want a stable rom with small battery drain, big ram and no lag (if possible). I don't know anything about this stuff so if you could make a more understandable guide than the others in the forum I'd appreciate it.
