[Q] Fstab help topic

Question for yall,

My mother has a tablet... the title one the NuVision T1088 also labeled TMAX T1088
The issue I am having is that there is only 1 GB of system allocated memory with 10 GB of internal. I am consistently getting the "Insufficient space" issue when installing from the play store. I would like to utilize that other memory for installing apps without having to always use APPS2SD or the like

It is rooted using SuperSU

The FSTAB is not familiar to me from other android devices I have looked at I am wondering if anyone here could help me.
