[Q] PL2303.ko Cubieboard topic

Hello,

i´ve tried hours of hours to get my GPS work with the PL2303.
Unfortunately i don´t have the driver, the pl2303.ko.
Can anybody help me ?
My kernel version is: 3.4.39+
I´ve found the .ko from the CubiTruck, but it didnt work, when i run insmod it says: "insmod failed exec format error cubieboard"
