Remember, first and foremost, things have changed with Lollipop. You must be out of the box stock to have an OTA flash successfully. No modified system files at all.
If this thread is allowed to stay, or possibly stickied, I will also update the OP with links and info on side loading the OTA's. Also, links will be posted here directing users to the threads for factory images and OTA zip files.
