Hello everyone,
So I have been experiencing and interesting issue(or maybe simple lack of support) with USB OTG on the Nexus 9 that I own. First off, I have been using keyboard, mouse, and xbox 360 controllers with the same cable on my Samsung Galaxy S4 running a AOSP(4.4.4), and Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 variant of Gummy ROM without any issues. Lone behold, on my Nexus(running stock 5.0.1 OTA), the only devices it's seems to support as of present are removable media(i.e. USB flash memory/hard disk drives). I am wondering if this a bug, or misconfiguration on my part(maybe I am overlooking a setting), and since I intended on using the controller support for emulation purposes this would be a deal breaker and I would have no other choice but to return the device. Keep in mind I have tested the cable/controllers/mice/keyboard on my S4, Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 and my roommates HTC One without any issues, leading me to believe this is either a hardware, or software limitation.
