I have a Samsung Galaxy s4 e300s 4.4.2. I Flashed I9500 Galaxy S4 OzcanRom v6.3 Aroma XXUGNJ1 KitKat 4.4.2. Then after flashing the rom, the signal lost. IMEI becomes null/null.
I tried :
Restoring CWM Backed up that i backed up before flashing the Custom Rom[ I9500 Galaxy S4 OzcanRom v6.3 Aroma XXUGNJ1 KitKat 4.4.2]
Flashing back the Original Firmware using odin.
Doing the EFS Professional Backup/Restore method.
ES File Explorer's efs folder where you need to back up the "efs folder", deleting stuffs like nv_data. (But i don't have ".nv_data.bin". maybe that is why i didn't successfully done it.)
Flashing the "S4-GT-i9500-Fix_imei_null.tar" (I read this method on forum.gsmhosting.com)
i also tried downgrading it to 4.3.
All of them didn't help me.
Earlier today, i went to phone technician. They successfully got back the Signal. But not the IMEI. It is still 0000/01. I wonder how they did that, if this is safe and if it is just okay. If anyone here experts/professionals who can help me bring back my IMEI number.
