First you should be root on Android 5.0 Lollipop, you can root using SuperSU.

now,

Let's download Root or Root Explorer Browser.

Then we'll search our archive Build.prop

In our Stock Build.prop find the next line.

"use.dedicated.device.for.voip = true"

Change the true for false, would look like:

"use.dedicated.device.for.voip = false"

Now reboot the device and calls on Facebook Messenger worked. I have not tried in Line but I'm pretty sure that would work.
