A few days past SlimLP, the first Lollipop ROM for Galaxy Tab 2 is released. Rom worked fine and is good to go but some people (I also in beginning) found it difficult to Root the ROM as after installing this ROM the root is lost. There was not any proper Flashable SuperSU zip on internet. (May be there is but I didn't found any). So the method that I am going to present is much easy. I discovered it myself while just trying to root it.
Requirements:
1. PhilZ Recovery Installed (Official Link)
2. Battery At-Least 50% (Recommended But not Necessary)
Method:
Just boot into PhilZ Recovery And do as shown in pictures Below.
And you are done.
The recovery will say to install SuperSU from play store but SlimLP has pre-installed Super User and you need not to install it manually. Congrats your ROM is now rooted. :good:
